I was saying it too.....

But, as I wanted to have more time, I did something. If you thinking that i bought time - you are wrong 😀


I decided to wake up earlier. Pretty simple?

Try to wake up 1 hour before then usually from now and every day, then tell me if it was and is simple to do. Make changes and keep those changes.


Some how it's so easy to wake up and jump up from the bed when we are going on vacations. Seems so normal. The reason is - we are excited and no obstacles can stop us!

But if we need to wake up earlier during casual week, because of work, or because we need more ME time, then that hour becoming sooooooo important for our sleep :D and then is really difficult.

Yeap, snoozing alarm is a bad habit.
